The company designs and develops world-class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders, and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems, and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics, and driver assistance like ABS and ESP. RBIC would soon be expanding its portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.
Responsibilities
MIS and reporting for 2W business - MBR/CF/BP
Profitability analysis for 2W business unit
Assist to ABS/ESP controlling function
Daily sales & inventory reporting
PnL series submission for ESP & 2WP business unit– MBR/CF
Master data update – accounting and costing view update
BOE verification activity (MSIL & other customer)
Any other adhoc requirement
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly tracking of OTD and FPY for reporting
Monitoring of daily reporting/MIS
Inventory control and aging
QualificationsCA/ICWA with 2 to 5 years post qualification experience in Costing, MIS, Management reporting, etc.
Skills
SAP user experience is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to work with a team in a collaborative manner
Good analytical skills with self-initiative
Proactive approach with conflict management
