Our IT team partners with HR business leadership on a strategic level to define technology priorities and roadmap, translating business strategy into short- & long-term technology and data needs ensuring the business is fully enabled by IT capabilities and data.Enterprise IT is searching for an energetic and experienced IT Technical Lead responsible for supporting the HR Workforce Analytics product. Manages all technical aspects of the Workday Prism solutions for Human ResourcesOversee design and development of Workday Prism solutionsProvides technical guidance to development and support resourcesProvides input on approach, design, and estimation of effortAdvises on impact of potential changes and roadmapWorks closely with both business and technical teams to ensure cohesive solutionsEngages vendor resources for system issues or new conceptsUnderstands HR processes and operations, systems, data interfaces, and dataResponsible for our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes related to this applicationStays current with data analytics and automation trends, best practices, and innovation opportunitiesPosition Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:Bachelor's DegreeRequired Experience and Skills:Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experienceKnowledge and working experience of Workday PrismRobust proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies and proceduresPrior experience in Data EngineeringProficiency in System DesignsExceptional Decision-Making skillsInnovative, proactive, and self-directedPreferred Experience and Skills:Experience in systems integration and data visualization tools and practicesExperience in Strategic PlanningA natural propensity for InnovationA proven track record of Execution ExcellenceWe eagerly anticipate the unique contributions you will bring to our company in this role.
