Palo Alto Network Engineer - FULLY REMOTEOur direct client manages their network using Panorama and all sites are interconnected using the SDWAN plugin. They also have a UAT environment to test configuration before going to production. We are seeking a Network Engineer to help with internal projects and reduce costs with the adoption of a new SDWAN solution.Responsibilities:
Simplify the security operationsConsolidate all remote access in one single solutionFully migrate the current identity management to AzureADAdopt SASE and reduce costs with on-prem devicesReplace the current VPN solution with CiscoCreate a new VDI environment in Azure, provisioning new firewalls to protect the cloud infrastructureIncrease user-ID adoption across the enterpriseDeploy new panoramas to work as log collectors, storing around 1.2T of daily logsPrimary Role Experience:
Experience with
Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama, PANOS SD-WAN, BGP, GlobalProtect, OSPF, Firewall migrations, routing/switching troubleshooting.
The new resource will need to act as the Palo Alto guru, implementing and leading Palo Alto-related projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and deploying changes during the weekend.Please send your resume to janice.dicicco@ampcus.com
