Job Description:Surgical Technology Knowledge Program ApplicationThe BH Louisville/LaGrange Knowledge Program has helped numerous individuals reach their career goal of becoming a surgical technician. The Knowledge Program is open to both current employees and external candidates. The program provides tuition funds in the form of loan forgiveness to students in an accredited program in exchange for work for Baptist Health Louisville/LaGrange upon graduation.PROGRAM COMMITMENTSKnowledge Program participants generally receive installments of loan forgiveness monies as the student progresses through their nursing program and maintains an acceptable GPA. Funds from the Knowledge Program are generally for tuition but may be used for expenses at the recipient's personal discretion.Participants in the program must agree to work for Baptist upon graduation from their Surgical Tech program.
