Join us and build an extraordinary future.About This Role:The Senior Compensation Analyst will be a critical member of the team responsible for executing Forrester’s global compensation strategy. The successful candidate is expected to understand the end-to-end compensation process and tailor processes to meet specific business needs. This role requires tactical expertise, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for finding ease within complexity.Job Description:Develop and maintain a comprehensive job architecture framework aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.Lead the design and creation of new job levels, roles, and job descriptions based on organizational needs and market trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop communication materials and implement job architecture initiatives.Lead and execute the company’s annual compensation planning cycle (base, bonus, and equity), collaborating with key stakeholders.Serve as a key contributor in the sales compensation review process, partnering with sales leadership and finance operations.Ensure accurate and timely delivery of compensation programs, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.Conduct benchmarking analysis to develop job families and pay targets.Review and audit compensation practices for consistency, compliance, and competitiveness.Perform data insights and analysis to support compensation-related activities.Continuously seek process improvements and use technology to minimize data issues.Review, monitor, and respond to changes in legislation impacting compensation practices.Serve as primary compensation contact for equity-related matters.Review and provide guidance on Workday business processes.Develop and deliver educational and communication materials related to compensation.Partner with finance, accounting, legal, and tax departments for compliance.Build trust and relationships within the broader human resources function and business stakeholders.Job Requirements:Eight-plus years of experience in compensation, with a proven track record of success.Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS systems for compensation data management.Advanced Excel skills for analyzing complex datasets.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent problem-solving and research skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.Knowledge of global compensation trends and regulations.Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Please note that the base salary range indicated here is inclusive of all applicable US geographies. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate’s primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials.Base salary range: $91,000 - $164,000Applicants in Colorado: Base salary range: $100,000 - $164,000Bonus target: 10%The application deadline is October 31, 2024.
