Generating and reviewing financial reports and supporting work papers monthly, quarterly, and annually on a GAAP basisHandling all financial aspects of several portfolios of senior living communitiesDeveloping and fostering a strong relationship with third-party senior living communities’ managers, tenants, and internal asset management staffFacilitating the calculation and payment of corporate G&A expenses due to the clientSr. Portfolio Accountant Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a 3.0 minimum GPA3 years of accounting experienceProficiency with Property Management/Accounting software.
