Services bancaires personnels et commerciauxJob Description:Solutions Analyst III ensures TD Bank has products and processes that are customer-oriented, scalable and cost effective to meet the market demands of our customer segments, Faster, Better, and Cheaper.Depth & Scope:Coordinates with internal and external resources needed to successfully complete projects and deliver solutions that address business needsWorks with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners to execute or, facilitate business line activities required for Solutions including planning, business requirements, and vendor relationship managementProvides expertise, acting as a specialist resource for systems, processes, and troubleshooting knowledge for Line, Risk, and Operational partnersMaintains and administers systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availabilityManages large projects including task and responsibility delegation, in support of Solutions initiativesAssists in developing implementation plans for specific components of the Solutions strategyParticipates in enterprise solution design, development, and documents standards that apply for business applicationsCreates design for Solutions requirementsConducts business analysis, joint review sessions and facilitates processes to elicit business and functional requirementsAssists in the development of specific components of the Solutions strategyEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree required7+ years' experience requiredIn depth knowledge of business line, business model, operationsDemonstrated communication skillsDemonstrated problem-solving skills along with good decision making skillsExcellent follow up skills and the ability to manage competing priorities according to business needDemonstrated ability to handle large projects, including task and responsibility delegationProgressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysisDemonstrated ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specificationsIn depth process improvement skillsIn depth technical knowledge and the ability to apply it to various system issues and training situationsDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot research and correct the majority of system malfunctionsDemonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasksPreferred Qualifications:System support experienceData analysisExperience working on projectsJIRA ExperienceCACS/CASWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
