Preferred Qualifications

Role PurposeResponsible for management and coordination of pharmacy functions including formulary control, clinical quality assurance, staff development, program development, and regulatory compliance.ResponsibilitiesDirects operations and integrates services within the work unit and with other departments.Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.Plans and manages programs and services to improve the safety of the medication management system.Establishes and coordinates pharmacy policies and procedures in assigned practice areas.Ensures departmental compliance with accreditation and regulatory agency requirements.Minimum RequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree in PharmacyExperience2-5 yearsSupervisor ExperienceLicenses & CertificationsRPhPreferred RequirementsEducationMaster's Degree in Pharmacy/Business/related
