The TAS team supports clients in M&A, strategic transformations, and capital markets endeavors.Job Purpose:The open position is for a director based in our New York, Dallas, Chicago, or Boston office within the Healthcare Transaction Advisory Services practice. You will work with a dedicated group of M&A financial and tax due diligence professionals. The ideal candidate should be motivated, creative, commercially driven, and possess strong project management skills. Candidates must have strong knowledge and prior experience in M&A financial due diligence.Responsibilities:Execute buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements; manage overall engagementLead go-to-market outreach to win work with private equity clients making Healthcare investmentsAct as the lead professional on engagements, managing day-to-day project tasks and client relationshipsLead diligence meetings and draft tailored due diligence reportsDirect the efforts of Vice Presidents, Associates, and Financial AnalystsReview transaction documentsNetwork with prospects to build revenue-producing relationshipsDrive business development events and initiativesCollaborate closely with corporate finance, capital markets, valuation, and financial restructuring colleaguesBasic Qualifications:10+ years of professional experience, including extensive financial due diligence experience at a Big 4 or big 10 accounting firmUndergraduate degree from an accredited institutionPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated professional achievement and client service excellenceCPA requiredStrong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesStrong analytical abilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools preferredAbility and willingness to travelSalary Range:
