The firm serves corporations, institutions, and governments worldwide with offices in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region. Transaction Advisory Services Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team assists private equity and corporate clients by providing cohesive diligence across financial, tax, data analytics, cybersecurity, and technical accounting. The TAS team supports clients in M&A, strategic transformations, and capital markets endeavors. Job Purpose: The open position is for a director based in our New York, Dallas, Chicago, or Boston office within the Healthcare Transaction Advisory Services practice. You will work with a dedicated group of M&A financial and tax due diligence professionals. The ideal candidate should be motivated, creative, commercially driven, and possess strong project management skills. Candidates must have strong knowledge and prior experience in M&A financial due diligence. Responsibilities: Execute buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements; manage overall engagement Lead go-to-market outreach to win work with private equity clients making Healthcare investments Act as the lead professional on engagements, managing day-to-day project tasks and client relationships Lead diligence meetings and draft tailored due diligence reports Direct the efforts of Vice Presidents, Associates, and Financial Analysts Review transaction documents Network with prospects to build revenue-producing relationships Drive business development events and initiatives Collaborate closely with corporate finance, capital markets, valuation, and financial restructuring colleagues Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of professional experience, including extensive financial due diligence experience at a Big 4 or big 10 accounting firm Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated professional achievement and client service excellence CPA required Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Strong analytical abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools preferred Ability and willingness to travel Salary Range:
