position in our beautiful community in Hockessin, DE.In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative oversight and leadership for the day-to-day operations of our assisted living residences in accordance with company policies and procedures and State regulations. Directs the planning, implementing, and evaluation of the nursing care program for residents.Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
(preferred)Minimum of three years' clinical and/or assisted living experienceCurrent or eligible for certification in CPRIn certain states, an Assisted Living Administrator (ALA) license is requiredTeam members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
