We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team at a facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Specializing in comprehensive therapeutic services aimed at enhancing mental health and well-being, our facility is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of rehabilitation services, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes.

ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to the therapy team, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting professional growth and development among team members.Conduct regular meetings, performance evaluations, and provide feedback to ensure the team meets clinical and operational goals.Oversee the assessment and treatment planning process for clients, ensuring individualized care plans are developed and implemented.Monitor therapy sessions and client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in rehabilitation therapy.Collaborate with physicians, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans for clients.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, progress, and goals.Develop and implement programs to enhance therapeutic services and promote the overall wellness of clients.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in rehabilitation therapy, incorporating advancements into program development.Manage budgetary responsibilities related to rehabilitation services, including resource allocation and expense management.Maintain accurate documentation and records of therapy services, ensuring compliance with billing and regulatory requirements.

QualificationsMaster's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.Current state licensure and certification as required for practice.Proven experience in rehabilitation therapy, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.Sound clinical judgment and decision-making abilities, ensuring optimal client care and outcomes.Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and MS Office suite.Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks as necessary for the role, including walking, standing, and lifting.

CompensationCompetitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
