: Day: 8 hoursJob DescriptionThe Manager Sepsis Quality serves as the clinical leader for sepsis across the ECH Enterprise and works collaboratively with providers, clinical staff, and administration to improve sepsis outcomes and core measure compliance. Responsible for staff supervision and direction. The Manager will utilize expertise in sepsis identification and management, evidenced-base practice, education, collaboration, mentoring and change leadership and will coordinate efforts of the healthcare team to design, implement and measure safe, cost-effective evidenced-base care strategies for the sepsis population.QualificationsBachelor's degree, Masters preferred.Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience in an emergency and/or critical care setting.Experience in performance improvement and/or quality and educational process.Experience in interacting closely with clinical providers.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Computer proficiency in EHR and in use of tools for data management.License/Certification/Registration RequirementsValid California RN LicenseSalary Range:
