Our client is seeking an experienced Planning/Analysis Supervisor who is expected to have knowledge and proficiency in the skills of identifying strategic solutions to meet corporate objectives as a service provider and managing end-to-end customer relationships.
Minimum Requirements
University degree in business or technical field.5 to 10 years experience as a consultant or in a similar role with a service-oriented mindset.5 to 15 years of relevant experience in the energy industry across the value chain.Strong analytical skills with strategic perspective and proficiency in program or project management.Excellent written and oral communication skills for executive-level interactions.Able to work in person in an office environment located in downtown Houston, Texas.Key Responsibilities
Oversee program management of business improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure established KPIs are met.Identify new collaboration or service delivery opportunities for Aramco Affiliates in the Americas and drive coordination across different Departments to develop or amend service agreements as needed.Collaborate with the organization's Americas leadership team and their direct reports to deliver corporate objectives.Develop management briefs or reports on behalf of the Office of the President for the client's group executives.Provide input to update company processes and procedures based on industry best practices, audit recommendations, or Aramco transformational programs.Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.These are the steps to apply for this job:Resume Evaluation:A member of our recruitment team will evaluate whether your resume matches the client's job description requirements.
