The position requires a Doctorate or a Master's with 2 years’ relevant experience, a Bachelor's with 4 years, an Associate's with 8 years, or a high school diploma with 10 years of experience in managing EAM/CMMS data analytics or maintenance engineering. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, along with proficiency in relevant data systems and analytics tools. Experience with data visualization and management, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities are important for success in this role.
