is a fast-growing multinational information technology services company, and we are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join the team.This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend based on business needs.This is a hybrid role based in Rockville, Maryland.We are a team of highly committed individuals inspired by technology's role in society.As part of the Engineering team, the Mulesoft Developer will design, develop, and maintain Mulesoft integration solutions, develop custom applications, integrate various IT systems, and work on Salesforce implementation projects. This is a client-facing role, where you will be working with multiple non-profit organizations.Responsibilities:
MuleSoft integration development, design, build, test, debug, deploy, APIs, and integrationsDesign and develop web services with SOAP and REST APIsDevelop detailed software design documentation and API documentationWork on cutting-edge technologies like Big Data, reliable messaging frameworks & ETLConduct client showcases and demonstrations of developed solutionsDesign and develop APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint PlatformImplement API-led connectivity solutions that cater to enterprise integration needsParticipate in each phase of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and maintenanceCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand the systems integrated with MuleSoftPrepare detailed technical specs for the development and integration of solutionsAdhere to coding and design standards. Ensure the code delivered is on time and is of the required qualityTroubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issuesPrepare and maintain technical documentation and user manualsConduct unit testing and assist the Quality Assurance team in integration and system testsAid in analyzing and resolving production support issues as they ariseRequired:
3+ years of experience as a Mulesoft developerSoftware design and architecture experienceExperience with a public cloud like AWS/AzureExperience with APIs, Rest and/or SOAP web servicesFamiliarity with web or database application development and strong in SQLExperience in Agile development methodology/ScrumProven experience as a MuleSoft Developer or similar role in API and platform engineeringSolid understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule Runtime, Mule API gateway, and all other MuleSoft productsExperience with REST and SOAP web services, RAML in Mule, and use of connectors for integrationKnowledge of Integration Design patterns and Microservices architectureExcellent debugging and troubleshooting skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbout fusionSpanfusionSpan is a fast-paced, high-energy global firm with a highly motivated team.
