Compensation:$100,000 - $250,000

Responsibilities:

Conduct client meetings in Vail, CO to gain insights and provide guidance on client financial needs.

Implement our client service model effectively to enhance client experience in the Vail area.

Manage primary client relationships and advisory responsibilities for a dedicated group of clients in Vail, CO.

Devote 25-30% of your time to generating new business and referrals within the Vail community.

Participate actively in key operational and strategic planning teams in Vail, CO.

Demonstrate a successful track record of client retention and the ability to grow a client portfolio in the Vail region.

Utilize and expand an existing network of referrals specific to the Vail, CO area.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Lead Financial Advisor position in Vail, CO, US should have 1-5 years of previous work experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for client-facing roles.

A BA/BS Degree is required for this position, with a strong preference for a background in Finance.

Preferred qualifications include CFP, CFA, or MBA certifications.

Series 7/63 & life and health certifications are required within 6 months of employment.

The candidate must possess a strong understanding of investments, financial planning, and general finance knowledge.

Being a good relationship builder is a key requirement for this role.

Upholding high ethical standards and a commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements is essential.

The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to clients is a crucial skill for this position.
