What You'll Do
Provide development leadership and expertise for advanced BI analysis and analytics.Guide and move forward an advanced BI system providing sophisticated and measurable business benefits.Drive data, ETL, and system architecture and development.Own the advanced analytics data environment to ensure that the data refresh from various sources, to facilitate research, is happening at regular intervals.Ensure that the data infrastructure can scale to meet defined performance, load, and functional objectives.Effectively manage the execution of parallel projects of varying scope and duration.Responsible for all database objects including tables, indices, triggers, views, sequences, packages, and procedures. Work with Systems and Database Administration for infrastructure needs related to support, storage, backups, monitoring, and performance bottlenecks.Participate in application development and quality assurance in the management of application releases.What You Know
8+ years of experience in handling large volumes of data within Power BI through various storage modes.Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis.Excellent knowledge of the best practices for building industry-grade optimized Power BI reports.Well-versed with Power BI application security models.Be able to use Performance Analyzer and Power BI to run DAX queries and functions.Proficient in doing advanced-level computations.Be able to validate the data against the source.Build efficient reports and visualizations for different domains and publish them for larger audiences.Be able to demonstrate various workarounds on tool limitations.Build paginated reports using RDL/Power BI service.Capable of enabling Row-Level-Security.Strong understanding of DAX Expressions.Good understanding of Power BI features and functionalities.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.Benefits
