Company Overview: Highly respected CPA firm in Encino, CA, is seeking a Tax Partner to join the team. This role offers a unique work-life balance with a 36-hour, four-day work week during non-busy seasons. The firm provides a well-established book of business, eliminating the need for sales or business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned tax professional with a strong background in real estate limited partnerships, C and S corps, fiduciary, and high-net-worth individual tax matters.Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert tax advice with a focus on individual, real estate partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax areas.Review tax returns prepared by staff and occasionally prepare complex returns.Apply knowledge of California and multi-state tax regulations.Utilize Lacerte tax software and BNA Tax Projection software for tax planning and compliance.Lead, train, and mentor tax staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.Manage client relationships and serve as a key contact for tax-related inquiries.Requirements:

CPA license required.10+ years of experience in public accounting with significant expertise in real estate limited partnerships and complex tax matters.Strong technical competency in federal, state, and fiduciary tax, with specific knowledge of C and S corps.Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and develop tax staff.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Taxation or JD preferred.Experience with BNA and Lacerte tax preparation software.Prior experience in a high-quality local CPA firm, Big-4, or national CPA firm, or recent public accounting background as a corporate tax Director or VP.Interest in entrepreneurship and supporting entrepreneurial clients.Benefits:
