We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization.Clinical (Licensure) Supervisor - Posting #26288Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE)Position Summary:Sea Mar Behavioral Health Services is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for their outpatient mental health programs. This Clinical Supervisor position is primarily responsible for providing licensure supervision to agency affiliated and associate level counselors; monitoring their documentation; working collaboratively with other clinical supervisors and managers; and other duties as needed. This position is primarily through tele-health, as the supervisor will be supporting clinicians at various sites throughout Sea Mar.Qualifications and/or Requirements:Must possess a Masters degree from an accredited college or university, in counseling or social sciences.LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW licensure required.MUST be an approved Washington State supervisor.What We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
