Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required:
3-5 overall years of experience in the field.Degrees or Certifications Required:
None; having forklift training and certification would be a major plus.Disqualifiers:
None.Best vs. Average:
The ideal resume would contain creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.Team player and detail-oriented. Interaction with customers professionally and in a timely manner to include but not limited to reporting on projects/updates/discrepancies/ticketing services.Basic knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.High Degree of Proficiency:Low-voltage electrical maintenance.Circuitry and electrical troubleshooting - highly preferred.Laboratory equipment – Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, etc.Basic knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.Basic understanding of:Soldering and PCB Layout.3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing.Cable routing and management.Assembly of racks, wiring servers, and network devices.Proficiency with hand tools.Facility and Electrical Safety (Lockout Tagout, Fall protection, etc).Basic knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.Previous experience with computer applications and design software related to the engineering field.Metal Fabrication Skills (welding, machining, etc) a plus.Top 3 Hard Skills Required & Years of ExperienceMinimum 3+ years experience with cooling experience; Liquid-to-air and liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger for IT/DC infrastructure experience.Minimum 3+ years experience with Server Setup and Diagnostics experience – Load programs, BIOS/Firmware updates, etc.Minimum 3+ years experience with 3D Modeling experience.
