We offer real jobs, real learning, and real opportunities!SpecialtiesFinanceFP&AProgram Start and Duration:Fall (September-December) 2024Spring (January-May) 2025Summer (June-August) 2025Regal Rexnord's Finance Learning Development Program provides college students, who wish to pursue a career in Finance, the opportunity to get exposed to the various facets of financial management. The Program will build on your technical and interpersonal skills by providing you a role with significant responsibility as well as exposure to experienced business leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts.Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full-time position in the Financial Leadership Development program.AssignmentsAssignments are project-based. You will work closely with our Accounting and Financial staff, learn to conduct analysis, perform accounting tasks, conduct reporting, or assist in reviewing Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Some of the job duties might include:Analyzing and understanding the cost structure of our productsEvaluating and reporting on all aspects of the business including profit & loss and working capitalAnalyzing volume adjusted performance against plan, forecast, and prior yearUnderstanding root cause and prioritization of manufacturing and purchasing variancesProviding accurate, timely actualsWorking with manufacturing engineers to ensure validity of Bills of MaterialsProactively establishing best practices in balance sheet reconciliations, general ledgers as well as accounts receivable and accounts payableYou will be given the opportunity to lead and manage a project to completion and make a presentation to our Executive and Senior Level staff. Selection of the project will vary according to the participant’s preference, availability of the assignment, and the needs of the organization.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
