Outpatient Services Director

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical therapeutic work with children, families, and adults; evidence-based programs, trauma-informed care, and service delivery, program management including fiscal planning, budgeting, funding and reimbursement, recruitment, staff development, external regulations, agency standards, and Joint Commission Accreditation. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with mental and behavioral health struggles.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage Outpatient Programs including School Based therapy servicesSupervise clinical managerial and supervisory staff members and provide guidance and supportDevelop agency processes to ensure quality of clinical care and quality improvementProvide leadership in the community that promotes children’s mental health/child advocacyDevelop & maintain mechanisms for clinical supervision of staff and program evaluationDevelop policies and procedures related to all aspects of outpatient careDevelop and implement program initiatives to enhance servicesManage budgets and ensure financial sustainabilityCollaborate with stakeholders to maintain positive relationshipsLead program development efforts to meet the needs of the communityQualificationsExtensive clinical experience working with children, families, and adultsStrong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectivelyBackground in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field in mental healthProficiency in budgeting and financial managementTen years of post-degree clinical services and 5 years of major supervisory and administrative responsibilityKnowledge and experience with juvenile systems including education, justice, DHHS, and fundingExcellent relationship management abilities to engage with diverse community partnersLMHP required; LIMHP or PhD preferredTo apply:
