In-depth knowledge of network infrastructures, including virtualization and various networking technologies such as LANs, VLANs, WANs, WLANs, SANs, RTLS, VPN, TCP/IP, SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), WPA2 (Wi-Fi Protected Access 2), Unified Communications (UCS), videoconferencing, firewalls, voice, and data integration.

Experience with implementing network security protocols and best practices.

Experience with both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and customized enterprise network implementations.

Proven ability to develop technical and non-technical solutions to support business process reengineering and improve efficiency.

Hands-on experience managing or contributing to large-scale IT projects that span multiple functional areas and utilize state-of-the-art technologies.

Experience acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.

Experience in developing and reviewing technical and non-technical assessment tools for evaluating system performance, security, and scalability.

Expertise in conducting technical impact analysis to assess IT infrastructure changes' potential risks, challenges, and benefits.
