Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleThis lead role involves spearheading the development and automation testing of iOS mobile applications, ensuring alignment with company initiatives and strategic goals. You will collaborate within a team environment or independently design, develop, code, test, debug, and implement mobile applications that cater to complex user needs, including integrating graphical user interfaces and seamless interfaces with other systems.Key responsibilities include applying Systems Thinking to problem-solving, developing robust solutions through thoughtful app design, and leading the documentation of solutions, logical data models, and data flows. The role demands a diverse technical skill set, encompassing expertise in iOS development, automation testing, and the ability to adapt to new communication technologies swiftly. As a leader, you will guide the team in adopting best practices and innovative approaches to app development.LocationThis position is fully remote in the US.The Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain top-notch iOS applications using Swift, RX Swift, and SwiftUI.Build and lead a team to manage React Native mobile app, providing expert guidance and hands-on support.Create clean, functional interfaces with both UIKit and Swift UI, adhering to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.Design and maintain scalable and reliable APIs utilizing REST while advocating for MVVM architecture to ensure clean, testable, and manageable code.Lead the integration and management of CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Actions.Conduct thorough code reviews, maintaining high standards for code quality using unit and automation testing, and work closely with designers to guarantee a smooth and captivating user experience on all devices.Mentor and lead a team of 4 to 6 members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Also, contribute to design and architecture solutions for iOS applications to provide users with the best possible experience.What We Look For in a CandidateRequired Qualification:Minimum of 6 years of experience in mobile app development.Minimum 3 years of experience with SwiftUI and RX Swift.Minimum 3 years of experience with React Native.Minimum 2 years of experience with Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics.Minimum 2 years of experience working with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.Minimum 2 years of experience with OAuth 2 and secure authentication methods.Proficient in SDK integration, push notifications, threading, and performance optimization.Preferred Qualification:Skilled in automation testing using Appium and Cucumber.Knowledgeable in React Native and Flutter frameworks.Proven ability to thrive in high-velocity, fast-paced team environments.Experienced in working both independently and collaboratively to adapt to evolving mission needs and requirements.Exposure to Splunk, AppDynamics, and AccelQ is a plus.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
