Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high quality technical solutions on MSD 365 CRM Portal.

Should have strong design and architectural experience on the Power Pages Solution.

Integrate MS Dynamics 365 CRM Portal with other applications using Realtime or batch integrations or building custom solutions using webservices.

Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.

Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with different, competing timelines and demands.

Flexible to work on Project Implementations, Operations and Support activities.

Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels.

Possess strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and power platform or Power Pages stack and stay relevant with new features.

Mentor junior developers and ensure that they are successful in their roles.

Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders for providing technical solutions for implementation and support related needs including working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance.

Own critical applications, services necessitating in coordination with teams in different time zones, including during non-standard hours as necessary.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

BS or MS in computer science or related field preferred.

8 to 10 years of experience within the CRM industry preferred.

5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics Power pages portal.

Designing and customizing web pages, forms, and components within the Power Pages environment.

Use the Liquid markup language to extend the functionality of your Power Pages.

Ensuring secure access control by defining roles, permissions, and authentication methods.

Integrating Power Pages with other Power Platform services.

In-depth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Pages, including appropriate Architect level certifications. Relevant experience on various earlier versions of Dynamics CRM like 2016, 2015, 2013 etc. and Power Pages.

Experience with Azure Platform and Integration Services including Logic Apps, Functions, Azure Service Bus etc.

Experience in implementing CRM integrations to other systems using web services.

Very Strong .Net and JavaScript skills.

Experience with C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and the CRM SDK is preferred.

Experience extending Dynamics CRM workflows using .Net components.

Hands-on experience in development and support of CRM applications.

Experience in building database queries and procedures.

Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex software development issues.

Working experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Jira Align or TFS.

Driven and self-motivated, working creatively to solve challenging problems.

Willingness to work with different technologies.

Proactive thinking with a can-do attitude and out-of-box thinking attitude.

Experience in collaborating with medium to large development teams distributed worldwide.
