This position is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the location, including meeting established goals and outcomes, ensuring regulatory and organization compliance, directing and coordinating work, financial and operational stability, and demonstrating leadership.Key Responsibilities
Manage Resident Service:
Communicates, interacts and responds to customers effectively and accurately. Proactively communicates any necessary changes, issues, and concerns to families, staff, and other members of the medical community.Manage Risk:
Assigns responsibility for daily management of infection prevention and control activities. Ensures a safety program is in place with scheduled inspections and necessary corrections.Manage Communication and Documentation:
Expresses ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively both orally and in writing. Ensures documentation and reports are completed as required by regulations and/or policy and procedure.Manage Financial and Operational Objectives:
Works with department teams and consultants to oversee operations of the campus.Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, preferably in healthcare administration, including course work in business and human resources. The ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice is required.
