This group values camaraderie and will help you thrive within an agile work environment.This Senior .Net Developer / Architect role will be part of an agile development group, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack. This position reports to the Director of Software Development.RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and architects to plan, design, develop, testParticipate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related codePackage and support deployment of releasesProvide support to business users as necessaryRelies on diverse experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsWorks under minimal supervisionA wide degree of creativity and latitude is requiredTECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with source control systems (TFS) and continuous integration/deployment environmentsExperience with agile development methodologiesExperience with debugging, performance profiling and optimizationComprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques2+ years of full stack .NET: C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, WebForms, MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, CSSIn depth knowledge and experience with service layer technologies including: WCF, SOAP, Web API, SSOIn depth knowledge and experience with SQL Server and ORM technologiesExposure to open source libraries (Angular, Bootstrap, Knockout, JQuery UI)Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS, ELB, EC2, SES, Message Queues) a plusExposure to Excel and Word VSTO Add-Ins a plusExposure to an automated testing framework (Selenium) a plusBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
