to work for our client located near Polaris. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and improve upon overall system of financial accountingAssess and evaluate financial performance of the organizationProvide insight and recommendations related to operational goals and forecastsDefine and implement key performance indicators and strategic objectives for the division and, as appropriate, the entire organization; facilitates measurement of those objectives, reporting results to the executive teamStudy long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market shareOversee monthly financial closing process, forecasting, and annual budget preparationLead Financials, Business Metrics, and Goals Reviews with leadershipQualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance8+ years demonstrated finance leadership experienceDemonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced global team with a strategic big picture mindsetExperience with capturing, analyzing, and proactively delivering financial data and insights that maximize strategic decision-makingWillingness to collaborate with a broad range of functional groups and understand their business processes, concerns, and requirementsEffective communicator and influencerSeniority level
