We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist to support the continued development and sustainment of the U.S. Navy's Aegis Weapons System in Moorestown, NJ.
The candidate should possess:Expertise in reviewing Unix and Legacy programs and systems for multiple run-time environmentsAbility to plan and implement methods for process improvement and trouble-shooting technical issuesAbility to create and evaluate corrective action reportsAbility to interface with internal/external customers to resolve quality issuesAbility to participate and lead in Process EvaluationsBachelor's degree or equivalent related work experienceUS Citizen in order to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance5-7 years of experience in software development, Quality Assurance, Configuration ManagementExtensive knowledge of Unix/Linux and WindowsExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Project, and WordWorking knowledge of ClearCase/ClearQuest or equivalent Source Code Management System a plusWorking knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous DevelopmentWorking knowledge of Status Accounting and Tracking SystemExcellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to communicate clearly and maintain good working relationship with peers and Customers of all technical levelsSpecific experience supporting Naval Weapon Systems a plus.
