Growing government contracting company looking to bring on a SharePoint Developer to their team. Due to legal contract the positions does require and active DOD Secret clearance.As aSharePoint developer, you will be responsible for:1.
Meeting with the Stakeholdersto review website and application requirements.2.
Reviewing, evaluating, and providing feedback on requirements based on expertise with SharePoint.3.
Integrating requirements into tangible development actions4.
Setting tasks and development goalsfor SharePoint projects.5.
Configuring the company’s SharePoint systemsaccording to specified requirements.6.
Developing new web componentsusing technologies such as XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.7.
Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applicationswithin the SharePoint environment.8.
Extending SharePoint functionalityby creating forms, web parts, and application technologies.9.
Testing and debugging codeto ensure optimal performance.10.Reviewing
website interfacesand ensuring software stability.11.Troubleshooting
software issuesas they arise.12.Maintaining
and updating SharePoint applicationsto keep them current and efficient.13.Providing
systems trainingto staff and customers.SharePoint Developer Requirements:To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:·
Bachelor’s degreein computer science or software engineering.·
Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate. Similar certification may be accepted.·
6-10 years of experience as a SharePoint developer.·
Fundamental knowledgeof C#,
ASP.NET
, and .NET Frameworks.·
Familiarity withJavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.·
High-level coding skillsand the ability to solve complex software issues.·
Project management skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.Additional Requirements:·

Previous experience working with US Navy Customers·
