We are looking for individuals who are passionate about chemical process design and optimization in sustainable metals production. This program provides hands-on leadership experience while immersing you in cutting-edge projects related to solvent extraction, chemical refining, and scale-up processes for clean metal production.Key Responsibilities:Design and optimize chemical processes:

Take responsibility for chemical process optimization, focusing on solvent extraction and chemical refining techniques for critical metals.Develop and improve separation techniques:

Lead the improvement of chemical separation processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability.Technoeconomic analyses:

Contribute to financial models and process optimizations that ensure cost-effective chemical engineering solutions.Collaborate across teams:

Work with R&D, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of chemical processes into the overall production system.Operational leadership:

Lead day-to-day operations related to chemical processes, ensuring alignment with Phoenix Tailings' zero-waste philosophy.Leadership preparation:

Gain leadership experience that prepares you for senior roles in chemical process design and operations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.Experience in chemical process engineering, solvent extraction, or refining processes is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and innovative chemical engineering.A desire to grow into a leadership role in a rapidly scaling company.We offer a competitive compensation package that is based on expertise.
