As a Software Engineer in Data Center Operating Systems, you will support our vision to provide the right parts to technicians at the right time to facilitate the accurate and timely execution of tasks, including ingestion, repairs, installs, preventive maintenance, and decommissioning. This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to hit the ground running. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, customers, and other engineers to help bring our software to fruition. You will be counted on to be an influential voice in decisions related to system architecture and feature development. As innovators, we embrace new technology, and you will be empowered to guide the direction of the technology choices we make.

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experienceExperience programming with at least one software programming languagePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experienceBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
