Financial TechnologyMarathon TS is seeking a Java Developer to support our client in the financial technology industry.Responsibilities:
Excellent JAVA programming experience.Implement Restful APIs using Tomcat.Work with JSON and XML data formats.Implement cryptography in JAVA.Experience with Python scripting and JUnit testing.Code review for best practices, security, and coding standards.Qualifications:
Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming using JAVA.Linux operating system experience is a must.Working knowledge of Python programming is a plus.Familiarity with NOSQL databases (CASSANDRA) and Kafka/Kafka streams is desired.Knowledge of Lambda expressions and parallel streams is an added advantage.Note:
Candidate must be willing to come to the office a minimum of 3 days/maximum of 4 days for the first 6 months.
