What you will be doing!As a Data Analyst, the candidate will contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects and apply mathematical calculations to recommend solutions to technical problems of high complexity. The chosen candidate will model and evaluate the potential impact of data changes.Requirements:Reviewing tickets for potential reconciliation.Reviewing tickets for adherence to ticketing handling rules.Coordinating efforts on focus SLAs to ensure tickets are worked/updated prior to SLA expiration.Developing innovative strategies.Analyzing organizational data and conducting advanced statistical analysis.Data visualization experience and programming experience (e.g., Python, R, VB, JavaScript, C/C++, etc.) desired.Education and Experience:High School Diploma/GED and 10 years’ experience or Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science and 5+ years of related experience.Clearance Required:
