The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary will be determined by various factors, including the scope, complexity, location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary Range:

1What Is the Opportunity?As a member of Enterprise Technology Solutions, you will be joining a strategic and collaborative team that is passionate about transforming our business and technology capabilities. As a Senior Architect, Generative AI supporting Claim, you will collaborate with technology and business leaders and apply your knowledge of modern technology to influence and innovate solutions that impact the business. In this role we will look to you to:Be results-driven with strong architecture and engineering skills, and expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud-native, APIs, and Event-driven architecture.Architect and design AI/ML/LLM models and solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists, engineers, and other team members.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.What Will You Do?Collaborate with Claim and technology leadership to develop architecture priorities.Drive continuous technology transformation to reduce technical debt.Partner with engineering to align skills with technology direction.Lead and define technology proof of concepts to validate architecture solutions.Define target state technology architecture and roadmaps.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent with 6+ years of application architecture and 4+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning or AI Architecture experience.GenAI Experience:Experience with Large/Small Language Models (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI) in application architecture.Understanding of data preprocessing, augmentation, and handling large datasets.Familiarity with Responsible AI Framework.Knowledge of GenAI frameworks like Langchain.Proficiency in development technologies such as Python, NodeJS, React, RestAPI, MongoDB, etc.Technical Skills:Exposure and understanding of advanced analytics techniques using ML and Generative AI.Experience with large-scale technology platforms and cloud data technologies.Cloud Architecture Certification (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or strong cloud architecture experience.What is a Must Have?Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in work experience.
