We love cats and their people and go out of our way to make sure they have the best possible experience!City Kitty is Rhode Island’s premier feline exclusive practice and has been a beloved and iconic part of the community for more than 20 years. We believe that cats deserve to be examined in a facility that caters to them and their family. There is a strong emphasis regarding work-life balance; we have 4-day (less than 40 hour) work weeks, no weekend hours, no on-call shifts and 10 paid holidays! We also have a very high tech:doctor ratio, which leaves time for you to focus on medicine.VeterinarianCity Kitty in Providence, RI$100,000-$160,000 base salaryPlus, get up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus.WHAT YOU’LL DOExamine and diagnose diseases of cats. We treat a lot of geriatric cats with co-morbidities.Practice high-quality medicine with a clientele who allow you to do the best for their cats.Perform surgery (including dentals) daily, depending on your comfort level.Work closely with a strong group of support staff to provide high level care and communication to our patients and their owners.Have the freedom to practice the way you feel is best for your patients.Work closely in a collaborative environment with 3-4 other doctors.Contribute to making our workplace enjoyable for all: staff, clients, and cats.Enjoy a work/life balance that allows you to do things other than veterinary medicine!BENEFITSWe’re passionate about helping you reach your greatest pet-ential – both at work and at home.
