$20 - $22 (based on experience)Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Call Center Specialist for a temp-to-perm position in the Bethpage, NY area. This role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls within a medical call center environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with
EPIC
and
CISCO
phone systems, direct customer service, and/or call center experience.Key Responsibilities:Handle high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues.Utilize EPIC and CISCO phone systems to manage call flows and maintain accurate records.Troubleshoot and problem-solve various issues related to patient accounts and appointments.Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.Be flexible to work occasional evenings until 8 PM and occasional Saturdays as needed.Requirements:Proven experience working with EPIC and CISCO phone systems.Demonstrated customer service and/or call center experience, preferably in a medical setting.Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain professionalism and handle sensitive information with discretion.Flexibility to work occasional evenings and Saturdays.Benefits:Opportunity for permanent placement based on performance and company needs.Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.Gain valuable experience in a dynamic medical call center environment.Pay Details:
