Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking an energetic Physician Assistant to join their well-established and heavily growing, surgeon-led Urology practice. In this role, you will support a top-notch team of two patient-centric and innovative Urology physicians, who love to mentor! This full-time PA role will be devoted to providing full-time office coverage, including but not limited to: independently seeing patients for routine follow-ups and non-surgical GU issues, daily triaging of patient and referring MD phone calls, and assisting with in-office procedures such as vasectomies, biopsies, cystoscopies, & injections.Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8.5-hour days with flexibility of start times ranging between 8a-9a. On-call coverage is rotated weekly between the providers and is 100% telephonic; covering any office phone calls made by a patient after 5pm through the overnight.Come join a team that offers advanced technologies combined with evidence-based approaches to provide the best urology treatment options for our patients!Required Skills

B.A./B.S. and completion of 2 years accredited P.A. training program required.Current NCCPA certification required. CT state license prior to start date required.Prior urology experience highly preferred.BLS/ACLS required.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Intermediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office.Valid Driver’s License and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
