Nealy Pierce has been engaged by a growing 150+ bed community hospital near Cumberland, Maryland to recruit a Director of Women's and Infants Services (RN) to join its leadership team.
In this role, you will provide the strategic and visionary direction of the department, serve as a mentor to the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, build and maintain positive physician relationships, manage the department budget, and ensure the highest level of quality and patient safety is provided to the community.
