Interact with the sales team in advance to perform initial project analysis, scope, budget, and schedule.Successfully manage the client during development and delivery of the project.Independently ensure the successful implementation of projects including managing timelines, scopes, budgets, communications, quality, issues, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints.Translate technical, business, and functional requirements in project tasks.Monitor and measure project processes and activities to identify and communicate potential issues, risks, or problems in a timely fashion and provide corrective actions to drive resolution.A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to continuously improve and develop industry-related knowledge.Ability to work with cross-functional teams (clients, web developers, graphic designers, SEO strategists, and content developers) and communicate effectively.Properly relay designs, information, and instructions between the client and cross-functional team.Excellent written and oral communication skills (responding to emails and phone calls both effectively and timely).Have a keen eye for detail and strive to consistently produce quality work.Capability of accessing, reading, and analyzing databases and SQL queries.Ability to properly understand and diagnose technical support concerns and communicate solutions to clients.Job Qualifications and Skills:

Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or IT; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in project management/IT/technical support.Strong understanding of current e-commerce trends, best practices, and the overall business landscape.Building Material and/or Millwork knowledge is beneficial, but not required.Ability to effectively handle multiple client projects concurrently.Effectively work independently with little or no supervision or as a part of a team as a contributor or team lead.Willingness to work hard and put in extra effort to meet deadlines and exceed client and management expectations.Experience with project management and communication software (MS Teams, Airtable, MS Word, MS Excel, RingCentral, and Skype).Salary and Benefits:
