This position will be responsible for managing overall manufacturing efforts associated with the development and execution of programs including but not limited to ARTS-V3. You will manage multi-site manufacturing execution throughout the programs period of performance. This role will have responsibility for managing program baseline plans, capacity, resource and staffing analyses and Control Account Manager (CAM) oversight responsibility for multi-site manufacturing. This role includes leading multi-disciplined manufacturing teams including manufacturing engineers, test engineers, production control, and production supervisors.Please Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.WHO YOU AREYou are a proactive and results-oriented professional with a solid foundation in manufacturing or engineering. Through effective leadership and communication skills, you will play a crucial role in leading your team to ensure projects are driven towards success.A level 5 employee is Advanced/Subject Matter Expert and typically has 12 to 14+ years of professional experience.Basic Qualifications:

Strong analytical and organization skillsAbility to multi-task and support multiple internal or external customersAbility to lead a manufacturing proposal effort with limited to significant manufacturing content.Ability to work in both production and development environments.Experience with transition to production (Design for Assembly, Infrastructure, Facilitation)Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence.Demonstrated history using Earned Value Management (EVM) tools to improve program performance.Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization / strong presentation skillsDesired Skills:

Previous project management experience in engineering or manufacturingPrevious Proposal skillsCertified Control Account Manager (CAM)Experience working in a manufacturing environmentSAP and/or Solumina experience preferredLean / Six Sigma green belt or black belt certifiedExperience working in a represented environmentAccountable and decisive leader responsible for impactful decisions.Security Clearance Statement:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
