The Network Security Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the security infrastructure of our network to protect against cyber threats and attacks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the overall security and integrity of our network system.Responsibilities and Duties:
Design and implement network security solutions to protect the organization's networks and systems.Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and threats.Develop security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the integration of security measures into network architecture and operations.Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.Stay informed about the latest security trends, technologies, and threats to continuously enhance the network security posture.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant certifications.At least 5 years of experience in network security architecture and design.Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewall technologies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption methods.Experience with network security tools and software such as firewalls, anti-virus programs, and VPNs.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
