This role involves actively working with data architects, data analysts, and business units to design and create data models that ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.Your key responsibilities:Lead the data structure designs across data and analytics initiatives.Design and enhance data models that support the financial firm's data management, analytics, and reporting initiatives.Work closely with senior data architects, data scientists, data analysts, and business units to understand data domains, relationships, flows, and requirements.Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models, data flows, and source-to-target data mapping.Collaborate with the Senior Data Modelers to align data models with the firm's overall data strategy.Ensure data models comply with financial regulations, data governance policies, and industry standards.Communicate data model and design to scrum teams, business teams, data scientists, and other data consumers.Train and mentor data modelers, data analysts, and other team members on data modeling best practices.To qualify for the role, you must have:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.10+ years of experience in data modeling and data architecture, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.Solid experience in data warehousing, BI & Analytics, and designing data products.Strong experience in agile data modeling approach.Proficiency in developing data designs, data mapping, and data flow logic.Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.What we look for:We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive leaders who have a clear vision and an unwavering commitment to remain at the forefront of data technology and science.
