Assists in leading enterprise projects and teams in compliance with the Company's defined IT project management standards with the goal of delivering project objectives on time and within budget.The methodology being used within those standards may be Waterfall, Scrum (Agile), Kanban (Agile), or some other.Plan, develop and implement the project lifecycle consistent with project objectives.Adhere to appropriate methodology role responsibilities detailed within the MMO standards.Provide guidance as necessary to other team members with the goal of process improvement and overall project leadership quality.Collaborate cross-functionally and facilitate identification and removal of barriers. Manage communication aspects of project status and track and report major issues.This role will serve as a project manager to the Provider Network Informatics team which has numerous projects centered around provider contract management and value-based contracting.Previous experience working with managing ongoing contract negotiations between providers and payors is welcomed, specifically within the payment and reimbursement methodologies. Additionally, experience in working or managing projects around implementing new Value Based Care solutions also is preferred.Qualifications

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.3 years’ experience managing successful IT projects using a formal methodology life cycle and software development methodology.Experience in dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and vendor management.Professional Certification(s):Appropriate methodology certification preferred as offered through the Project Management Institute (PMI).Technical Skills and Knowledge:Strong knowledge of Waterfall project management and/or Agile scrum master methodologies/processes.Working knowledge of the applications development life cycle and infrastructure processes.Medical Mutual is looking to grow our team!
