The Senior Application Developer will work with other employees from corporate departments and operations to define, design, and deliver needed applications. AtlanticAviation.com .ResponsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Full SDLC experience developing all three layers of application programmingSenior level C# development experience (8+ years)Senior level SQL development experience (MS SQL Server) (5+ years)Senior level experience with current .Net Framework (8+ years)Experience with mobile applications development (either Xamarin Forms, MAUI, or native apps) (3+ years)Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Agile project deliveryAssist junior developers by conducting code reviews and ensuring coding standards are metProven ability to deliver programming solutionsDesign, document, communicate, and implement data flow and ERD changes required for solutionWork with both programming group and back-office group to deliver solutionsWillingness to learn other technologies as the business need arises.Additional responsibilities include:Demonstrate responsible behavior and attention to detailAnalyze systems or programming problems and develop satisfactory solutionsDetermine the symptoms/causes of process problems involved in information processing systems and resolve using appropriate tools.Ability to logically analyze systems and/or programming problems and develop satisfactory solutions in a timely manner.Align behavior with the needs, priorities, and goals of the organization.This position would require a working knowledge of the functional capabilities of various applications and the operations procedures and policies related to conducting business.Always keep the work area neat in appearance.In-depth knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
