Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the US.JOB DESCRIPTION:Execute and lead projects and engagements for insurance industry customers. Work in the Insurance Domain with a focus on organizational deliverables, best practices, and client management using various methodologies (Waterfall or Agile). Establish and manage SLA, Program Measurement, and Program/Project Status reporting. Manage deliverables, estimation, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Produce technical architecture that is modifiable, dependable, and scalable. Apply P&C experience to lead/manage the projects in BI, Data Warehouse, and Data Migration streams. Lead a team of Business Intelligence engineers through all phases of the project lifecycle. Design ETL architecture for integrating data from various sources (file system, XML, databases) to data warehouse for commercial lines and personal lines insurance. Analyze source data and mapping policy, claims, and billing system for leading Insurance business applications – Duck Creek or OneShield and integrate them with data warehouses and Marts supporting data analysis and downstream reporting.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electrical), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in a position involving similar duties/technical capabilities.
