professional to join our Cyber Security team at the Department of State. The scope of work includes troubleshooting systems, implementing cybersecurity tools, and perform system/application analysis. This position is

JOB DESCRIPTION:As a Lead Systems Administrator for Sienna Systems, you will:
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Foreign Service Institute (FSI) Desktop support services, including troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
Work effectively with upper-level government and contract staff, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Produce well-written reports with no errors, ensuring clear communication of technical information.
Supervise helpdesk staff, including assigning work, training new systems administrators, and managing help desk operations.
Provide high-level customer support with proper judgment and professionalism in all interactions.
Assist in maintaining equipment and accounts on the Department of State’s Classified Network, adhering to the direction of the Federal Customer.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience : A minimum of 10+ years of experience in systems administration, with specific knowledge of Foreign Service Institute operations.
Technical Expertise : Advanced understanding of Foreign Service Institute Desktop support services and systems administration practices.
Security Clearance : Must hold a Top-Secret security clearance.

Salary up to $185,000
