United States (US) .Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to gather the requirementsDevelop, test and deploy APIsWriting tested, idiomatic, and documented Java CodeCooperate with the front-end developer in the process of integrating the RESTful APICommunicate with external web servicesProduce, maintain, and modify REST APIsEnsure APIs are developed using industry standard best practicesFix any issues or bugs that ariseExpertise in Core JavaExpertise in Spring frameworkExperience in MultithreadingExperience in Design patternsExperience in building Microservices/API from a Monolith applicationExperience in handling Web application vulnerabilitiesHandle production issues2-4 years of cloud experience (Google/Azure/AWS)Experience in BDD and TDD; experience with test-driven design & development, unit and integration testing, CI/CD.Knowledge of Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins, DevOps, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Fortify, Sonar, Blackduck etc.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience in development of RESTful APIs and Microservices using technology stack: Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Spring Batch, Kubernetes Services, Oracle DB, Apigee/API GatewayAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
