We believe that each member of our team contributes directly to Smartbridge’s growth and success, and we take pride and celebrate with our employees as they continue to grow and succeed with their career paths as well.As an Azure Architect at Smartbridge, you will have the opportunity to:Interact with customers and Smartbridge sponsors and delivery teams (including partners) focused on solving mission-critical business and technology problems and provide solutions which center on the consumption of the Azure PlatformExecute technical feasibility assessments, solution estimations and proposal development for moving identified workloads to AzureDevelop technical and security specifications for the targeted applications/workloads in AzureDevelop a migration approach to move workloads from on-premises to Azure or develop new cloud-ready application solutionsLead and mentor medium to large sized teams in the migration workloads or implementations of application and services to the cloud in large enterprise environmentsDocument and share technical best practices and insights with the Customer and Smartbridge community, contributing to Smartbridge repository of intellectual propertyStrategize, plan, and execute business development.Engage with Smartbridge technology leaders and solutions experts to deliver cutting edge solutions to clients.Expand Smartbridge portfolio of solutions and professional services in the local geography.Maintain and grow client relationships.Induce solutions and ideas to help clients improve their business performance.Work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of senior management access.The ideal candidate will have:6 - 12 years of deep experience across systems integration, platforms, solution architecture.Demonstrable Cloud expertise and Cloud solution architectureExperience in cloud computing technologies and excellent knowledge of current computing trendsAbility to analyze systems and identify problems migrating to Azure cloudExperience with Architecture creation and delivery which includes understanding requirements, formulating design, and communicating the architectureExperience with DevOps and Agile engineering practicesExperience leading Technology or Application Architecture projects and deliverablesStrong understanding of features and capabilities of the Microsoft Cloud Platform (Security, Firewalls, RedisCache, Key Vault, Service Bus, ASR, Networking, OMS, Blob Storage, Resource Groups, NSG, Application Insights, SQL Server, Sql DB, Load-Balancers)Design and implement advanced functions of Office 365 and/or Azure AD Premium including security, governance and complianceDesign and implementation of ADFS identity solutions for more than Microsoft Office 365Designing Solutions in Microsoft Azure as per project specifications and needsDrive architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions scale, performance, agility, HA/DR considerationsConfigure and manage customer Azure cloud environmentDevelopment experience in CI/CD DevSecOps environmentIntegration, APIs, API Management softwareDesigning and Deploying Azure IaaS and PaaS solutionsExperience in Active Directory, Azure Identity Management and Azure AD PremiumKnowledge of Azure Security components such as Azure Security Center, Security Operations, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Azure Solution ArchitectDeep technical experience in one or more of the following areas:Software design or development of highly distributed applications. Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with one or more of the following programming languages: .NET, C++, Java, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails, Pig/HiveAzure Dev/Ops tools and best practices for environment managementVirtualization, Networking, Storage, Security configuration and managementProvide second level support for issues related to compute, network and storage on AzureMotivated personality and ability to work in self-organized teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven track record of building trusted technical and business relationships with senior executives and driving growth in highly strategic or key accountsProven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow throughAbility to connect technology with measurable business valueDemonstrated technical thought leadership in customer-facing situationsExceptional verbal and written communicationPresentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiencesMinimum education qualificationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related fieldCertifications (recommended)Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, DevOps Engineer Expert Microsoft Certification or another associate level certification would be an added advantage
