Location: Erlanger, KentuckyAs a SAP Basis Lead at Archer Daniels Midland Company, you will perform day-to-day BASIS support activities and contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of consistent architectural standards across the SAP landscape. Your responsibilities will include:Planning maintenance and other SAP application-specific technical support tasks, including updates and upgrades.Defining and supporting SAP technical best practices.Organizing the work of the technical support team executing BASIS support tasks.Working closely with architecture and implementation teams to lead the delivery of BASIS support for the S/4 HANA environment.Updating incident, problem, and service tickets, and documenting resolutions in the service management tool.Ensuring completeness, accuracy, standards, and content of deliverables.Providing input to architecture, security, and data standards.Ensuring end-to-end solutions adhere to standards.Recommending new technologies based on company needs.Work Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Business, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.Must have five (5) years of experience with:Supporting SAP on-premise and cloud platforms;SAP BASIS administration with HANA.Must have experience or knowledge with:Solution Manager and CHaRM processes;Defining and operating SAP transport paths in a complex technical architecture;System sizing, storage management, database sizing/management, backups, and disaster recovery for SAP systems;Working with Service-based APIs, such as SOAP;SAP Tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging related to system performance;Configuring SAP identity management and SAP Single Sign-On.To apply, mail your resume to: Christina Hetzer, ADM; PO BOX 1470, Decatur, IL 62525 (reference: KY0091).
